Hello! In view of receiving such feedback, we tried to find out the reason for filling the bottle in such a way. The manufacturer responded that almost all products of this kind are poured into slightly larger containers to avoid overfilling of the product and for ease of use in the future. Since on the conveyor belt the product is poured into the container first, and then the cap with the brush is lowered into it, and all this happens automatically and at high speed, when the bottle is full, the brush can push the contents out. So don't worry - there's definitely 12 ml in there! We will be happy if you change your mind and come back to us for more shopping - especially since this price is valid for our Diamond Top almost always! :) We hope for your understanding, with respect, the Global Fashion team.
