Buying a wax melter from this series is just a lottery. This time I won. Before that I had a wax melter that heats only one side, it is very uncomfortable. I decided to look in regular stores, checked together with the salesmen - heated one plate. So several pieces. I decided that this should not be and most likely my old device is a defect. I ordered this one, I thought I could make a normal one out of two. But I smiled at my luck, and came the correct device - both sides are heated evenly! Now depilation = pleasure!
