Method of application:

Prepare nails: perform manicure, degrease the surface and apply base coat.

Apply a thin layer of Neon Party Cat Eye gel-lacquer and polymerise in LED-lamp for 30-60 seconds.**

Apply a second coat, do not polymerise it immediately.
